I would like to start by saying I know not all of my readers ( Thank you to the 56,000 that have visited this month so far) are christian and I just ask that you not leave any debating posts about faith on this entry. I respect everyone's right to their own beliefs and in no way think one belief is any better than another. Hello everyone! I was chosen as the AFCC  facebook fan of the week and in honor of that I will share my Advent crochet candle pattern with you because it's NEVER to early to start Christmas crafts right!! Last Christmas I hosted a table at the Woman's Advent dinner at my church, I went with a Crochet Christmas theme and I waited until the week before to start hahaha... Make DAD or any man in your life this very manly granny afghan,  The works up really quick do to it's lap size but still looks very handsome.  Supplies: J crochet hook 1 jumbo ball of each or about 3 of dark blue, 4 of grey, and royal blue loops and thread impeccable All grannies are 4 rounds and dc Here is the way I do grannies, You can o the grannies anyway you feel comfortable. This is a written out version to make the batman logo in a square! This is perfect for crocheter that are thinking about filet crochet but don't want to try a graph yet! Before starting this pattern I recommend you do a square of 17 by 17 sc. If your stitches aren't even I wouldn't recommend this pattern just yet. I haven't written the pattern for the bunny and her carrot yet.  Why use plastic ones? Go green and make you own reusable ones!!!  Not to mention these are completely adorable!! Mix and match you tops and bottoms with different colors.  Also try using 100% animal fiber yarn and dye them using Easter egg dye after the are crochet to get the full on look!! To dye yarn with Easter egg dye just follow the direction exactly and use 100% animal fiber yarn, this will not work on acrylic yarn !  Skill level:  Intermediate Supplies needed:  size D or E crochet hook 4 ply or 3 ply yarn scraps it doesn't take much to make an egg but can you stop at one? Hello Everyone!!! I have been very neglectful of this blog,sorry I will try to be on more often, let me show you what I have been up to!!!! I started teaching at 3 different Michael's Arts and Crafts ( The views and statements in this blog are MY OWN and DO NOT reflect or represent Micheal's Arts and Crafts in any way shape or form) ,  Long Beach, Orange and now Huntington Beach ( right by Bella Terra).
