Crochet Chiq

This one drove me crazy until I made several! Anyone else hook in their car?  This pattern is for advance beginners and beyond For those that prefer an exact stitch count for every size this in not the pattern for you. I made this pattern last year but didn't put it up because i don't have the yarn budget and whew the time to make this in every size. If you search circle vest patterns on ravelry I am sure you can find paid patterns in any size you want. I have taught this as a class in a major craft store and many students loved the idea of learning to make something with this level of customization . Note I instead of just giving you what I did to make my size I am giving you all of my notes so you can make it in your size as well. If you are comfortable reading patterns then this should not be difficult for you however I would not suggest this pattern to be the first written pattern you should try. So I have these beat up ripped un wearable sneakers... Most people would throw them away but not ME!! I want to see if I can chiq them up So I started by cutting out the main part of the shoe I later also cute the zebra part off of the heel... I then cut slits to crochet into in the fabric under the rubber. I crochet sc and sl around the shoe Would you ever upcycle Shoes? What do you think? Hello all I was at a craft store and saw some cell phone "bling" and though hmmmm what would happen if I added that to the end of my hook? All you need are the sticky sheets of bling meant for cell phones of the self adhisive ones for crafting. I like the cell phone nes beacuse they are in strips and you can cute what you need and be done in a few minutes. This is what I came up with!! Trick Make sure you don't put the bling too low... Let your hook sit for a few hours so it sets and no fibers stick to the end!

Hello everyone!!! My friend Jenni Is working on her first crochet pattern which a cute sat hat that starts with a flower in the middle! If anyone out there has asthma and allergies you know what I am going through! I am having such a hard time talking with out getting out of breath! So if you are wondering why I haven't made any new videos lately that's why! I did want to share photos of some new locally spun yarn I found yesterday! The red is for flowers on my display, The white is Mohiar and I am going to try Hand painting it using wilton cake dye These two were my favorite!!! already wound a small ball to make flowers!! Hello Everyone! For mother's day this year I made my grandma floppy hat that wasn't made from cotton but from soft yarn. If you would like a firmer brim go ahead and use cotton yarn :) supplies size F and J hook 4 ply yarn - your choice. _ I used redheart soft yarn Using size J -make a magic circle and use a yarn marker. In honor of Mother's day I made a cute flower and stem that is easily adaptiable for many uses including, a bookmark, a head band, decoration on a garmet and many other things! I haven't written the pattern for the bunny and her carrot yet.  Why use plastic ones? Go green and make you own reusable ones!!!  Not to mention these are completely adorable!! Mix and match you tops and bottoms with different colors.  Also try using 100% animal fiber yarn and dye them using Easter egg dye after the are crochet to get the full on look!! Supplies: any type of shirt, I used a cami and a ripped tank from target ( on sale for $5.00 each) A steel crochet hook I used 2.75 , but size 0 works too. and Crochet thread any size.  I also used Bernet Mosaic ( pink cami top) and it turned out great Skill level  I would suguest that you be able to have a even tension. Simple Shell Stitch Scarf Hey Everyone! Here is a simple scarf that looks a lot harder than it actually is!! I didn't use a pattern to make this I just played with the stitch until I had what I wanted. This pattern basically works as a multiple of 4 plus add however many you need to get to the next row. For example if you wanted your scarf to be 5  double crochet shells across you would do 20 plus 3 more for your first dc in the second row, Totaling  23. Here is the same type of scarf I just started in brown using a bigger hook (size J) and slightly wider.
